Inquiry processing

The form stores the submission on the website server and synchronizes it to the site’s private CRM for authorized staff to review. Attachments are kept outside public website directories and accessed through authenticated controls.

Before sending confidential files

Use the inquiry form to request any required confidentiality arrangements before sharing restricted project information. Do not assume that a website submission establishes an NDA.

Contact and data requests

Use the inquiry form for questions about an existing submission, correction or deletion requests. Identify the submission date and reference number so the request can be located. Records are not automatically deleted when a browser session ends.
