Rogers RO4350B PCB Applications
Evaluate the material as part of a complete RF structure. An application label or operating frequency alone cannot establish that a laminate is suitable.
Antennas and feed networks
Review phase balance, feed loss, coupling and dimensional control. Include the connector, enclosure and mounting conditions in the final validation because they can change the behavior of a bare-board prototype.
Filters and couplers
Coupled structures can be sensitive to etching, gaps, surface finish and mask coverage. Plan the test interface with the circuit so fixture effects can be separated from the device response.
Power amplifiers
Electrical matching and thermal design must be assessed together. Define the path from the device to its heat sink; laminate conductivity alone does not determine a safe power level.
RF test fixtures
Keep the measurement reference planes explicit. Calibration, de-embedding and repeatable connector assembly are central to understanding the board response.
